Online Return Policy
Sometimes shopping online can be tricky. We accept returns or exchanges on regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date. Customer must try on shoes on soft surfaces indoors only. Shoes with scuffed soles are not eligible for returns. After 14 days from purchase, store credit will be issued. You may return or exchange for store credit in store or ship back to our location. All Sale Merchandise, Swimsuits and Lingerie are FINAL SALE. Merchandise must be received back in store within 14 days of the purchase date. Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postage labels. Please include original or photo copy of receipt with return.

To Return or Exchange an Item
For domestic purchases of regular price items, a complimentary return label will be included in your package. Please indicate on your receipt the item you wish to return and include photocopy or original receipt in your return package. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, please indicate this on the receipt.
